H.E.A.D.S. Upward provides programs, collaborative support services and workshops.
We mentor each member of a household by setting short-term, interim, and long-term goals focused on meeting their specific needs. Cost-effective services are aimed at developing life skills, healthy relationships and establishing an education or vocation plan to improve the quality of life and future stabilization.
We promote community wellness by offering long-term guidance and supportive opportunities for each household so that they can realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring individuals in their community.
